Higher an attorney, u r better off with an llc.

Basically it gives hints about everything to understand the lingo of your attorney if you have one. I mean it is 100 pages what did you expect. Well I would have hoped if he is recommending hiring an attorney so frequently a chapter should have been dedicated on how to find one.

I wish he wrote a brief chapter on professional corporation , basically if you are a health care related profession then this book doesnt add anything to you, same goes for any profession requiring some sort of licensing.

This is a good introduction to these different types of business organizations. This book clarified some confusion I had about the different types and the benefits of each. Even though it's short and simple, this may be all you need to know and the information is presented clearly and understandably. I highly recommend this book as a starting point, whether your situation is simple or complex. at the very least, you'll go into a consultation with a basic understanding of your options.

Great little book. It answered some question I still had after reader much thicker books and it provided some very nice examples of situations that were helpful. I would definitely recommend this book, especially considering it's low price.

This book does not provide a lot of depth, but it does a great job at highlighting the main characteristics of each business structure. Thus, it serves as an excellent recap after you have already read some weightier books on business formation.
