I was disappointed with this one. I've read several of the author's other knit books and the sweater on the cover teased innovative and unusual designs. But many of the pieces simply looked weird for weirds sake. The Boyfriend Sweater and the Weekend Boatneck Pullover both have odd bits of yarn sewn into them and hanging off. A photo of the Cozy Hoodie (p 68) shows a poorly aligned side seams But the Button Tee inspires teeny buttons on other garments! There are schematics, stitch diagrams, and a clean and decently large font for the written instructions.

Lots of very lovely designs which would flatter many and appeal to a variety of styles. My very modern and willowy sister found as many designs to her taste as I found appealed to my more romantic tastes and curvier figure.
