Submarine Killer

Certainly the U.S.S. Batfish is one of WWII's "hero" boats, manned by men of The Greatest Generation. Although she didn't sink as many enemy ships as some of her fellow submarines, she holds the record for the most enemy submarines sunk, a record that will, in all probability never be equalled.

Batfish, Muskogee Museum Submarine

An interesting report about a nearby ship. Not as exciting as some submarine accounts I have read, but fills a gap in my knowledge of WW2 history.
