This is an amazing book about servant leadership. Bill B. Flint Jr. implements his faith and leadership experience into his writing and provides tons of applicable principles and tips for leadership. Here is one of them, "They (positive attitudes) bring confidence that helps people work through issues and find solutions. They are built on faith gained by going through battles and coming out on the other side. You learn things are never going to be as bad as you thought!” (pg. 49)
My personal Insight - A positive attitude is infectious. As cliche as it sounds, it is true. This was another heart check for me. Sometimes I am quick to throw a positive attitude out the window and see things for how they really are. But when leading people, if we want them to rally around a cause or idea, we must lead the way positively, even if we don’t see it. People will catch on.

One of the best books I have read on non profit organizational management. I appreciate Bill's heart to see us as followers of Jesus being more successful in the workplace. A must have resource!
