I'm mostly adding this because some joker left a copy in a little library to take up precious real estate, and I took it because NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO, let's be honest.
At a glance, it seems well-researched and organised, but I can't speak to its accuracy (especially since it's from 1995!), and the subject matter is impenetrable to the average layperson. Honestly, recycle this if you don't want it! (This copy is falling apart at the binding, though the pages are in good condition.)
Also the actual page count is 270 including the appendix, which I believe is a list of the collaborators ("staff").
I would only recommend this as a reference book in a library specifically related to politics and/or economics. The copy I have isn't quite archive-ready, though.
