Most of the ideas were too cheesy that I chose to finish the whole book mid-August just to get it over with.

A slight book with suggestions on how to make your own happiness. A combination of quotes and things to do, they range from the extremely silly (go to work dressed as a superhero), to actionable (do a supermarket sweep-type shop), to the sweet (write hand-written love notes) and do-able (illuminate the house with candlelight). A light-hearted look at creating happiness, do not expect an in-depth analysis of the causes of this illusive quality. An enjoyable way of spending a few hours. A guilty pleasure, maybe?!
