Her love for books started at an early age, but as an adult she was re-introduced to reading again and found a love for storytelling. Her style of writing is filled with intriguing storylines, and classy acts of sexiness where even an open book has hidden messages.

In O.Y.’s downtime she loves blending different coffee together creating the perfect coffee hybrid. When she’s not sleeping; procrastinating; or obsessing over cars, she’s reading.

O.Y. loves to create a thrilling story as she writes. She hopes to try her hand in young adult fiction to be considered for high school reading curriculum.

What I love so much about this book as I do many of my favorite reads, it captures your attention right in the first chapters.

I fell right into the story and have been going back to look at the fine details over and over. I find myself thinking about them and what will happen next.

It's a little of the guilty pleasure i allow myself.

A great Hot read!

I fell in love with the characters and I cant wait to know the sub-characters better in the next edition of the trilogy.

I love the leading lady Bria. Intelligent, confident and a lot of spunk!

And her entourage of business associates....... who wouldn't love them.........

First off you will be amazed that this is OY’s debut book cause you would think she has been writing for years. Nope this is book one in this hooking trilogy that we won’t be able to get enough of. I will say do not pick up this book if you have to adult as I made this mistake and said, “oh, I’ll start the book before bed to get up early for work the next day!”. Yep, such a lie. I was so hooked I read 118 pages the first night and was fighting myself cause I wanted to read more to see where this story was going. Cause I had to adult I read it in two days, but you will really want to devour this in one sitting, trust me you have been warned. This book hooks you from the beginning then you are left wanting to go grab book two to see exactly what the ending meant. It’s a minor cliffy, nothing too drastic for those of you who don’t like cliff’s.
Bria oh Bria, your spunky and focused on your professional life and your mini-empire that is going to be huge I must say, but these two men don’t stop no matter what you do. It is funny, but not it that makes sense. Bryant is the BF who is someone we all need (you decide as just a BF or a BFWB) and then there is Cruz. He’s like a bad penny that no matter how many times you rid of it, it comes back. Well he can come back when he shows that side he hides so well, he can go when he is all alpha and crazy (not in a bad way though). Except he may have just ruined you. Inquiring minds not only want to know about all the secrets that have secrets, but the whole Cruz thing and pleasure. WTH, I think I need that more than the revelation of all the secrets. Haha.
Not only do you want to know the secrets and twists that we are seeing, but you will want to know a little more about some of the secondary characters. There is a twist in here somewhere with one of them I can feel it and if I am right, Bria take that spunk of yours and make a racoon out of someone please, please. I typically know which team I am rooting for when it comes to a love triangle, but I still cannot decide on who I want Bry or Cruz. With all these secrets that keep adding to more secrets it makes it hard to decide. I cannot wait to grab book two to see where this business and secrets are headed, but I feel like I may need more Stones to throw or maybe be clumsy and take a Tripp to get not only my mini-empire going, but to reveal this much-anticipated suspense we what revealed. Mrs. B take your love of cars, maybe a Ford and bring one of these hotties to their knees. Will it be Bry or Cruz is the question?

I had the great honor of meeting and hanging out with OY in person at an Author signing event in Chicago we both attended as fan girls. Imagine my surprise when I found out she wrote her first book recently. Without knowing anything about the story line, I jumped right in.

I was really really drawn into the whole story line right from the start. AWESOME job, well done & written.

Yes there is some twists, yes there is some suspense and yes I want more, I want answers as much as Brie does.

Characters: Brie has a lot of spunk, knows what she wants, I love that about her. Bryant is a wonderful best friend to have (in more ways than one). Then there is Cruz.....hmm, from the moment you meet him, he leaves you wanting more and more, in a mysterious but good way.

Now hurry up with book 2 so I can find out what on earth is going on between Bryant and Cruz for gods sake.

Great debut book! I was so wrapped up in this story. There was so much going on I couldn't put it down.
Bria is tough as nails and a super smart business woman but her love life is a mess! The two men in her life have her going crazy.
My feelings went back and forth a bit of who I wanted her with and most of the time thought kick them both to the curb and she tried. But like a bad penny they both kept coming back!
That ending left me with questions and so I must dive right into the next one!

I just couldnt, this book never ever captures my interest enough, there was no anticipación or whatever feeling should evoke throuout the story and like at pafe 175 I couldnt keep going, im not so desperate as to read this to pasa the time.
