"Great Gambling Scams: True Stories of the World's Most Amazing Hustlers" by Nigel Goldman explains the principles behind some extraordinairy scams. The book seems well researched, is well written and gave me a good idea of how 'cheating' and fraud in the betting and gambling world have been achieved.
