Cengel presents a comprehensive, but ultimately bewildering tour of thermodynamics. It's possible that my perspective on this book is colored by my recollection of an arduous junior year of college, but I ultimately found this to be one of the least helpful books of my undergraduate education. The example cases of a 'hot egg' still haunt me.
