A number of things have influenced my interest in the Czech Republic, including Jane the Virgin and A Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I wish it had some pictures of marionettes but this is a short and sweet book about a beautifully rich culture! Definitely going to get myself some carp and raise it in my bathtub to serve on Christmas Eve with a side of Potato Pancakes/Bramborák.
