This is an excellent book on what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

One of the best books I've read in a long time. "Growing in Grace" speaks to a Christian's walk in the Lord, but more specifically how believers should be framing their thoughts and their lives in order enjoy the fruits of God's grace in the fullest manner possible. At least once a chapter, I had a forehead-slapping moment. Mr George is a wise man and firmly roots his advice in Scripture. The study guide included at the back is an added bonus.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with their walk these days. Anyone who feels disheartened and discouraged and spiritually stunted is the perfect audience for "Growing in Grace" but honestly, I can't imagine anyone who couldn't gain wisdom and understanding from this excellent book.

What a great account of grace in the life of the Christian. That we all would approach the gift we have been granted in Christ in the way suggested here. Freedom, maturity and more of Jesus. Sign me up! This was my first Bob George book and his gift for illustrations was helpful and the book is overall an encouragement. In the age of "One Way Love" and other books for grace junkies, Growing in Grace proves that grace was understood and embraced in 1991 too!

Follow up Bible study to Classic Christianity. FANTASTIC book about accepting God's grace so that we can live in the FREEDOM that brings!!! Enjoyed the study guide as well.
