This was a funny account of what really goes on behind closed doors, or a closed front desk, I should say, of a five star hotel. I like how the author is able to tell a story, describe something technical, and give tips for getting really really good service ( this always invloves money ) without disrupting the flow. It read quickly and easily, and I actually laughed out loud in several parts.
What I took away from the book: Do not EVER piss off the person at the front desk.
I enjoyed the book, kinda funny and light .. The idea is similar to "Hotel Babylon" book but babylon was faaaar much better, but if without the comparison we can say a nice light read ..
