Chasing the Wind

Rate this book
What happens when a modern-day Scarlet O'hara finds herself on the "Celestine Prophecy" path in Atlanta in the 1980s? “Chasing the Wind” is the saga of Emma St. Claire and her two-year encounter with foreboding dreams and nightmares while fighting to save her large country home from a corrupt banker and an environmental disaster perpetrated by underhanded government bureaucrats. Emma’s journey starts in economics class, where she meets Philip Byrd, and nightmares about him almost drive her insane. After two years of bad dreams that portend the death of twenty-three people in Atlanta, near paralysis of her arms, and falling into suicidal despair, Emma is lead to a parapsychologist. Through trance work the dreams and nightmares of Mr. Byrd are resolved, averting a tragedy but forever changing Emma’s own life.
