Volume II (only) of Richard Courant's Differential and Integral Calculus. One of the classic textbooks on calculus. Covers a lot of material, with good emphasis on applications and the underlying theory. Rigorous, but with a lot of intuition. This is a great book for motivated students looking for a rigorous introduction, or to deepen their understanding of calculus. Fantastic if you're reviewing calculus but want to go deeper.
