Step-by-step discussion of writing and publishing a cookbook. From brainstorming and organizing your ideas to finding and testing recipes, plus several routes of publication, this is an easy-to-read and fun resource. Writers may want to check out other sources for up-to-date publication and industry information, as this book was published in 1984. Nonetheless, it looks to be a reasonable and accessible place to start your cookbook.
