This book had some really nice healthy recipes that weren't too OTT on the health side and weren't too hard to make either. I particularly enjoyed the colour spreads of pulses, vegetables, and fruits, that you could use as a kind of quiz to see if you recognised them all (matching them to an explanatory diagram on the following page). That said, the ingredients weren't so obscure that I'd never heard of them and would have no way of getting them to make the recipes, and most of the recipes were made with everyday, achievable foods. One notable missing ingredient was quinoa, which gave me an idea of how old the book was.
