As a motivational speaker, Toneal conveys messages designed to empower and encourage. In conjunction with her book, she also offer seminars to provide a more in-depth understanding of the H.A.P.P.I.N.E.S.S. acronym.

Receiving her MBA from University of Phoenix, and B.A. from DePaul University, Toneal is a firm believer in giving back. She avails herself to tutoring and teaching whenever the opportunity presents itself.

President of both, Evangelist and Youth Departments at her local church, Toneal instructs others (by example) on the importance of living a righteous life, and rejecting worldly pressures.

I smiled the whole time that I read this book. For a parent, especially one who has all girls of their own, would definitely enjoy this book!
