The scientific information about herpes is not as updated since it was published a while back. The information about the supplements and other alternatives were very helpful. I like how it list supplements and how it helps our body. One of my favorites is that it opened my mind to the effects of sugar. I've been taking supplements to counter shedding and outbreaks, but I didn't know that sugar affects the absorption of vitamins and amino acids by our bodies. I also liked the explanation on how the virus affects the cell and what it does to replicate. It was a good read, a positive read for something that has altered someone's life. I'm definitely getting a copy of this book.
