In my opinion this atlas was by far the most helpful for studying CNS. The other chapters were fine, too, maybe a bit less clear and organised as eg. Gilroy's. The CNS part, however, is great for those who require more orientational guidance through the structure of our brains. Detailed pictures are drawn from different viewpoints, which helps with making a clear mental picture of where everything was supposed to be. The schemes for things such as nuclei & tracti are also nice. Greatly recommended for all med students searching for a way to understand the nervous system! :)
