A great discourse book. It is an incredible reference book for recognizing the Self. The glossary in the back is wonderful, especially for us westerners. Will definitely be reading more books from this great Guru.

For every spiritual disciple, the book does great wonders. The book is compilation of questions that
Swami Muktananda very effortlessly sets at ease. He sets your mind at ease.
He has offered so much in the book that one will experience deep meditation very easily.
