Levine (Ice Cream for Breakfast; Will This Place Ever Feel Like Home?) offers 52 exercises--one for each week of the year--to help readers reinvent themselves. Whether it's "Embrace Your Imperfections" or "Replenish Your Fun Jar," the author directs people to ask themselves questions, experiment, brainstorm, and affirm their goals. Unfortunately, this system is simply too ambiguous to accomplish anything but gently nudge the most self-motivated readers in the right direction. Absent are the specific steps required to turn dreams into practical reality; short, disjointed chapters share a common format but lack cohesiveness. Not recommended.
