I love learning about new topics and this book as given me a foundation of understand regarding Japanese herbal medicine. I think this book is more of a introduction level to the topic, but within its pages it does allow a novice to have a quick understanding about the topic. The author writes in a ay that allowed me to understand things, his writing is very detail and it is obvious that a lot of thought and pre-planning as gone into producing this book. The author as produced a very interesting book.
