This is an excellent, easy to digest, and high lit practical guide to some of the nuances of managing projects and programmes. Professionals at many levels will find they have something to gain from reading this, and information spans from simple descriptions of terms through to in-depth descriptions of techniques such as scheduling, RACI matrices, etc. well supplemented by diagrams to give a good introductory overview to a wide range of topics.
