This book was terribly cute. I adore Woody and his approach to some heavy issues were very humble and open minded. He is not looking down at you but simply opening his palm out to you asking you to grab it - but in a completely non-judgmental way. His peacefulness is shown throughout the whole book and snipets from others reveal just the same. You cannot help but feel extremely inspired but also appalled by the truth of the matter. I know I will carry these thoughts with me.

What an amazing book! Woody is speaking the words I try to say to so many! While I am now a reformed minion of the corporate "Beast" and try to get others off processed food and heal themselves, I found there is still so much I can be doing to help the environment, the planet and the health of us all. I will use this book as a new stepping stone forward! A must read for us all!
