Introduction
A cat makes his morning walk in his garden. During this walk the cat experience a lot of different feelings. At the beginning the cat appears in a black color and changes later in white and black. This should be shown, that negative as well as positive feelings live in us.

This children book for 4-10 years old children wants to help to recognize and name feelings.
The child has many different feelings during a day. These expreses themselves very quickly from laughing to crying and from anger to sadness. This can be very overwhelming for a child. Recognizing and naming the feelings gives the child security in dealing with his own feelings and also in dealing with the feelings of others. Empathy, self confidence and self-esteem can arise from this and this is the basis for social competence.
The book is sparing with the text . It should encourage conversation about feelings. This strengthens the bond between you and your child. Don‘t reject your child feelings.

The worksheets the child can color the images and also to find the faces in the book above. You can organize a " children's afternoon ". Together make up a sad, a happy, a crying face.- imitate emotions playful - look together in a mirror and make a sad, a happy, a laughing face and learn thereby how the feelings look like.

Encourage your son to express his tender, sensitive and loving feelings
Encourage you daughter to express her " not so adjusted " feelings (like :anger ) , to develop strong but loving borders and internal security.

Our feelings are divine and they are. the way to our inner intuition and soul. They are our soul and divine expression . Our feelings helps us to be in contact with our soul and with divine.
