Worthy of a film directed by Sergio Leone. Maybe not Once Upon a Time In West, but at least a My Name Is Nobody.

A friend who has collected every individual issue of Heavy Metal magazine special-ordered this for my birthday. One evening, during a conversation on all things awesomely graphic and truly novel, I recalled just a snatch of this story and was able to describe it most accurately based on the memorable artwork. He knew exactly the story I was trying to recall. And it really is excellent -- a rip-off (so what) of several Clint Eastwood westerns with tons of grit, desert colors, and violence.

Great example of how Heavy Metal brought such exemplary foreign illustrators and writers to an American suburban readership.

Çizgiroman denildiğinde akla DC, Marvel, Darkhorse ve Image Comics gelir. Ancak bu çizgi romanı okuduğumda da bayıldım, özellikle sonuna... Vahşi batıda aranan eski bir soyguncu, onun peşinden intikam için gelen eski yavuklusu, onun rakibi ve önemli bir çetenin kızkardeşi olan yeni yavuklusu ve hepsinin peşine takılan şerif... Aşk, ihtiras, aksiyon, dram, macera hepsi birarada olmuş. Tarantino bunu film yapsa acayip tutar benden demesi :)

I enjoyed this graphic novel very much. The drawings and story line were very good. The main character is an asshole that women cannot seem to get over. I feel like there is more to the story than what I just read. I picked this book up in the clearance section at the local comic book store and was very pleased to enjoy the story.
