The book presents accounts of various people aged 11 to 90 with a median age of 35 and their experiences while being vegetarians. It also presents reasons for choosing to live a vegetarian lifestyle as well as certain health, psychological, moral and sexual benefits that come with being a vegetarian. It also presents arguments which oppose the ideals of non-vegetarians towards vegetarians.
This is a really helpful book. It's one of my main source materials for my current research. It's very informative.
