Barely informative. Super brief in every regard. Full of typos and feels like it was written by AI or in a rush. The author is briefly humorous. I only rated it as high as I did because some of the checklists and bullet points are useful but I could find twice as much information with a quick google search. Would be better as a free PDF overview of homesteading for someone trying to decide if its for them or not...
