When we think of our history, we divide it into two B.C. and A.D.
B.C., of course, stands for “ Before Christ. ”
But A.D. comes from the Latin phrase, Anno Domini , “In the year of our Lord.”
In a street-war-ravaged Los Angeles, the world was made aware of the birth of Artificial Intelligence.
This officially marked the beginning of a new era in human history.
But that is only the official date for the history books, that was engineered to take place three years after the actual birth of A.I.
To some, this period of time, blacked out from the pages of world history, are divided into a third and final era of time that is defined by the abbreviation T.S.
Temporibus Singulari -- “In the Singular Era.”

Luxcutus Umbra is the pen name of Gary Karim Martin of London, Ontario Canada. He is the author of the DEUS MODUS novel series.
Utilizing a prose best described as a third-person/nonfiction-adjacent narrative, Martin chronicles historically-verified real-world experiments that preceded current Artificial Intelligence development.
As the son of a Vietnam US Army veteran turned Black civil rights activist and the grandson of a Canadian WWII veteran, Martin developed a uniquely contrasting bird's-eye view of the structures of modern society. Furthermore, Martin has published news articles for Vice Media Canada, investigating legal and cultural differences between the U.S. Department of Corrections and the Correctional Service of Canada from 2011 thru 2015.
Combined with an inquisitive nature that is self-described as an 'addiction to knowledge itself', he considers almost all of his published works as a communal project made only possible through exhaustive scientific research from many experts.
He is the great-nephew of blues legend Hubert Sumlin (Howlin' Wolf) and the late great Joe Hunter (the Funk Brothers). He has five children and three stepchildren. He has a professional background that involves thermal and fluid dynamics.

Book 2 of this trilogy finds Isaac consolidating control over many important structures and e systems around North America. The vault appears to still be active and there is an effort to terminate that location. Lots of action. This is a cliff hangar book in preparation for book 3 which is only available on Kindle

Recommended. NOTE: Proof reading fails in the second half of the book as many spelling errors are found.
