America is so completely clueless about the food they eat (I should know, former clueless recoverer here) they are so busy listening to the lies of the food and drug administration. But shouldn't we instead, find our own truth? Humans as a whole, waste so much time complaining about their health ailments, but it's really simple, it pure, whole foods. I think this book is a huge eye opener. I had already made the choice to no longer feed my family animal flesh, after reading this, I refuse to let animal flesh touch my younger children's lips (unless of course, I have a reason as underlined in the W.O.W, famine, extreme cold, etc.) I believe my oldest daughter is the only one who may eat it in social situations. We do have a lot more control over our health and what we put in our bodies than we think. And as individuals we have a responsibility to our bodies, and our planet, to care for them. If you are going to eat something, perhaps you should know where it came from first, and the effect it has on our environment. If our body is a sacred temple, don't you think it's time we start caring for it???

One of the most important books on health I've ever read. Information is amazing and the cleanse will forever change the way you view your body, what you put into it and your environment.

This book gave me much food for thought, I have read many health books, but feel this one is so important. The gift of cleansing for health has been far forgotten by many. Busy lives, tied to our desks, consuming fast food, not sleeping well, no cleansing protocols, it's a vicious cycle, unfortunately.

Backed up by scientific research this book is very well laid out, and easy to understand it further enlightened my views on food and the life force it brings to our health and wellness. Felt like this book came to me at a time when I needed it. It's encouraging to read testimonies of those who have cleansed and rid themselves of debilitating illness, pain, and sometimes terminal disease. Going to begin with baby steps. Been on a health journey for a long time, as it is my passion, but I waive at times. Gift from the Divine is all I can say.
