Quick takeaway: Manage your stress, manage your weight. Looks to be self-published. Could use an editor and a designer to convey the information better. If you can deal with repetition and amateurish writing, it has some good information.
Review:
If you can slog through the sloppy formatting, it has good information about trying to relieve stress through yoga, even though she makes no mention of the difference between eustress and distress. If you're writing about stress, you really need to make the distinction.
I like the author's intention, which is why I'm giving her three stars instead of two. The formatting is poor and the book looks to be self-published. She has some good information in it, but it's all over the place. I really dislike her choice of using questions as a writing prompt. She would have been better off being a better writer and using headings.
