A great entry into sales. The lessons learned here however are far more reaching that just making you a better salesman it helps you become more confident in yourself as a person. I'm not even in the sales profession, but after listening to this book I was confident enough to go out and make a new contract sale for my company.
I ended up with a proof copy at the library. No idea how that happened but I’m glad it made its way into the system. Otherwise I would never have read it.
It had lots of good ideas. This is certainly a sales book for face to face or phone selling. In my case I’m on-line based so it was a bit hard to apply to my case but I still learnt a thing or two.
