I like this book a lot. It has a great number of down-to-earth, common-sense messages that will inspire and empower you to be a better person in work and in life. That being said, I am not Christian. I respect the fact that Mr. Bailey is, but I don't feel I can apply his last bit of advice about Jesus being the ultimate "shifter" in one's life. I also can't help but wonder if people that aren't Christian, are automatically put in the category of not being able to improve themselves according to Mr. Bailey. He seems like a nice man, and I want to like his book.
