In addition to the facts about the conflicts and terrorism, it includes an alphabetical list of the people that have played key roles in the history form 1979 until today.
Accuracy/Authority/Bias: Facts on File is a leading provider of reference items for schools and libraries. Since it is focused specifically for education and research use, the information provided is thorough and fair.
Arrangement/Presentation: The history is laid out chronologically. There is also an alphabetical list of biographies of the people and leaders that have played key roles. In addition, there are images that add to the descriptions, an index, and a quick facts sheet that all make it easy for students to find the information they are looking for.
Relation to similar works: While some of the conflicts are covered in other resource items, this would be the only item focused specifically on the conflict of the Middle East.
