With his quick wit and nimble feet, Trouble sneaks into the abandoned warehouse where the animals are being held and frees them from their cages. But Trouble's next mission hits closer to home when Cassie goes missing at a playdate in the park.
Determined to rescue his best friend, Trouble enlists the help of the bureau's agents and together, they embark on a dangerous mission to track down Cassie and take down the Pet Syndicate once and for all.
