A great book on Digital Marketing for a novice in this area, such as me. Although I have an extensive background in Marketing, digital has always escaped me.

Not anymore. Michael Miller uses great approach, and outlines:

- the customer lifecycle in B2B and what are the 5 stages related to it
- he goes through each stage and explains which digital media fits best and why
- he then goes through EACH digital media individually explaining in high detail how to: improve your SEO, PPC ads, Website, Online PR, Blogs, Social Media and more.

The only reason I gave the book 4 stars is that it really lacks enough best case examples (although there are a few). More importantly, it lacks pictures to walk you through different processes, and thus you have to be quite imaginative sometimes to grasp the concept.

I would recommend this book to any one who wants to learn Digital Marketing and the use of digital tools.
