The author writes with an arrogance I find disturbing and early on makes a statement which makes me question his knowledge on the subject. He highlights the following: “All adults of all races are lactose intolerant.” Shortly followed by “organic milk is a bad joke.” This was the only book on the subject in my library, published in 2012, so it’s not in sync with recent research. This book needs an update and an attitude change. Don’t irritate or confuse yourself by reading it.
