Rather convincingly argues that standing has been the normative posture for Christians at solemn masses (i.e., as opposed to "private" or "low" masses), even throughout the Eucharistic Prayer, until fairly recently. Good, snappy survey of the topic. Includes a section entitled "The Anthropology of Standing"—so an easy 5/5.
