A good introduction to the current issues in teaching and learning vocabulary. Has some interesting insights for foreign language teachers. Only problem with the book is that even though at the beginning there is a summary of recent developments on the field of vocabulary learning, the book itself dates back to 1998, and consequently it feels a bit out-of-date. A good read in any case, chapter 7 in particular.
