This was a great read to learn the ins and outs of this program. I am looking forward to delving in with my own files to create a catalog of my photos and continue work on a family archives project.
My only complaint is that this book did not go deeper into digital asset management and folder structure planning. Another resource that may help fill this void is: dpbestflow.org (covers workflow for digital photographers).
As far as classroom books go, this was quite helpful in learning how to dig in to Lightroom 4. The lessons have a real-world application that helps the student relate to the techniques being taught. For anyone looking to learn Lightroom 4, this is a very good place to start.
