A great, easy-to understand guide of pretty much everything you need to get started with buying or selling a house in Canada. Even the 2000 edition that I read has aged fairly well.

As Americans moving to Canada, we found this an extremely useful reference as we navigated the differences between buying a house in California and buying a house in Ontario.
