question stems are shorter than uworld, but the book in general is quite informative and covers plenty of rare diseases probably not mentioned elsewhere (I still wonder whether these diseases are tested, but it's interesting anyway).

Might be a little less difficult than it should be, considering the real test questions tend to be harder. The answer explanations are pretty good though.
