I am so lucky that my parents went to Australia in November 2012. Largely because it meant that they bought me a copy of this book for Christmas. Mom went into several book stores before she found a copy. I love this little book. It's full of Eliza-isms that are the epitome of knitterly wisdom and that bring me back to the Cypress Hollow world when I'm not currently there. Great job Rachael!

If you enjoyed reading Rachael Herron's Cypress Hollows series they you will love this collection of knitting quotes by "Eliza Carpenter" even if like me you are more of a crocheter than a knitter!

It will make you laugh and nod you head in agreement as you read them and think to yourself - yep that's so me.

Even if you haven't read the Cypress Hollows series (what's stopping you) this is a great book for any knitter - would also make a lovely present maybe for a special nana or mum
