I was looking for something to recommend to my midwifery clients. Unless they're mainly looking for a cookbook, this isn't it. Lots of recipes, zillions of photos of the author and her family (way over the top--feels narcissistic!) and a section of tips which are author's opinion, mostly, but definitely included a bit of outdated and inaccurate medical info and common misconceptions about many things. She's probably qualified to write about nutrition and herbs, but she should have kept it to that.

What an awesome book! It has a wealth of information and ideas all wrapped up perfectly! I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to every mom to be! I especially enjoyed the many nutritional recipes!
