It is a long time since I have read a spiritual/esoteric book. I was worried in case it was all of the 'new age type' narrative, but thankfully it was not. The book was about past life regression and gave client feedback to either collaborate on make sense of a past life. This included the lives of people in occult groups, magicians, shamans etc. The information was presented as factually (but not boring) as possible, as far as we know, and was very interesting. I totally believe a lot of the theories and concepts in this book such as the use of black magic and curses that can be carried over into subsequent life times.

I was drawn to the books title and the book is truly magical and transformational. Atasha Fyfe writes about the positive past life experiences we have had and their benefits. She gathered information from the various past life regressions that she has conducted. Some of the fascinating information includes sound healing, shamanism and secret societies. There are simple exercises throughout the book.
