I love this book. Just so sad it not on Wattpad anymore. I cant afford to buy but glad she was able to this book published. 100% please read you will love it!!
Adored the early stages of this book before it was published. Got old enough to buy the book after ita publishing date and honestly...kinda hate what they've done with it.
This book was a very pleasant surprise! Yeah! The characters were engaging, passionate, funny, fierce, scary, and heroic. I loved the backdrop of using Caribbean island, Trinidad and Tobago, for the flashbacks, as it was very nice touch and added a good dimension to the book. The urban fantasy pieces were a fantastic narrative which was set primarily in the real world and contains aspects of fantasy, and this added yet another dimension. Last but definitely not least is the romance aspect of the story, it was truly inspiring. The "love” aspect was portrayed via the characters in such a strong and dynamic way throughout the book, that you couldn’t help but feel the “love” many times over. This book is a great (and must) read as it had all the elements required for a UF/Romance book. Great writing Jemma Grey, I am a fan!
