She is determined not to go along with them even if it means her untimely demise. She must get out or risk her immortal soul. Can she trust William to save her or is he just one of her uncle's mindless minions?

Hey everyone. My name is Nicole Hill. Everybody calls me Nikki. I only hear Nicole when I'm in trouble.I was born and raised in a very small town and with not much else to do, I turned to reading. I loved the escape that I found in the pages of the stories that I read. At around the age of twelve I started to write down some of my own to read to my brother and sister before bed. Around the same time, I became very interested in the tales of King Arthur and Morgan Le Fay. I loved the way magic was so alive in the legends. I always lost myself entirely in the world of Merlin but always hated the way the legends ended. I was always left wondering why they were never given a chance to redeem themselves. So Five years ago, when I was working at a call center and had loads of time between calls, I decided that I wanted to finish their story my way. So here I am. Legacy Forgotten is the first in the Avalon Legacies. My way of fixing what I considered to be a great injustice. Hope you enjoy their world as much as I have.

The setting is centuries back wich I like. William survives the war only to be washed up on a Island after his ship hits a storm. He soon finds the island is not deserted. He's caught by the guards of the island an is thrown into slavery. They realize his potential and he becomes a guard. The head of the guard tells him he has to bed the princess so there would be an heir to the throne. He's told the princess throws bad tantrums, not something Wiliam is looking forward to. He meets NA-Lisa and.... You'll have to buy and read the book to find out what happens. You can get the book on Amazon.com Great job Nicole. A little confusing in the beginning , then it ROCKS. A little erotic, romantic, brutal. You'll love it....

I enjoyed reading this book immensely. It took me some time to accustom myself to the setting of the book, and to the language used by the main protagonists. In fact my only reservation was that I felt the hero's accent as written grated on me at times. Otherwise this book is pure enjoyable fantasy romance, with a touch of the erotic thrown in. It is not a book to read for gritty realism or for sex scenes, rather it carries you away to another place and time, and neatly reverses gender roles. Even though the heroine is, in effect, expected to become a sex slave in the end it is she who controls the situation (with a little help from the perfect gentleman slave!). I would read this book as a lovely piece of escapism from everyday life.
