A good basic overview of different types of ministry calls in the United Methodist Church. Found it to be somewhat dismissive of certified/licensed lay ministry and also very condescending to young people. (paraphrase: God calls people of all ages so you should ask your pastor if you can be a youth worker since you're young!)
