Der Grundgedanke ist super und das Buch ist in rasanter Geschwindigkeit zum Einschlafbuch Nummer 1 bei uns geworden. Die Illustrationen sind ausdrucksstark und witzig, insbesondere die körperpflegenden Löwen haben es meinem Kind angetan. Die Reime hätten an einigen Stellen noch ein bisschen ausgefeilter sein können.

Apologies if the original German text is any good.
This review is for the English translation which is horrendous. Translating rhyme whilst keeping the original story intact with rhythmic, flowing rhyme which doesn't feel forced is extremely difficult. Unfortunately this version serves as an example of how *NOT* to do it and the result is disastrous.
