It is intended as a means of encouraging children to listen to sounds, discriminate between them, use them in performance and improve their co-ordination through actions and movement. Designed for National Curriculum Key Stage 1 it provides an opportunity for children to respond imaginatively to the many opportunities for making up new verses.
